My own grocery business, and the largest thing I have built. A full e-commerce platform in PHP and MySQL, plus the POS system that runs behind the counter.
The two are separate systems but they talk to each other — an order placed on the website appears in the POS order section, so counter staff see it without checking a second screen.
The hardest part was scale. Thousands of products, each needing pricing, categories and stock. I rebuilt the theme once partway through when the first version stopped working at that volume.
It took about a year — but that year was thousands of products, a POS system and live business operations, not the site itself. A store with a smaller catalogue takes three to four weeks.
A curtains and interiors company in Dubai. Their business ran entirely on calls and WhatsApp, so enquiries got lost in chat threads.
The build centres on one thing — when a customer taps a curtain, it opens WhatsApp with that curtain name and link already in the message. No screenshots, no describing which one they meant. The enquiry arrives complete.
Built in about two and a half weeks, with an admin panel so they can add new curtains themselves.
A Shopify store for a home-goods brand in Pakistan. Built on the Refresh theme, but customised well past what the theme gives you — product pages, collections and checkout all reworked so the store reads as its own brand rather than a template.
Delivered in four days. Most Shopify builds run one to one and a half weeks depending on the catalogue.
Most of my work falls into four kinds of build.
The site a company sends people to. Services, portfolio, enquiry form, and an admin panel so you can update it without calling me every time something changes.
Full online stores in PHP and MySQL. Product management, categories, stock, orders, secure checkout. I built one for my own grocery business, so I have solved these problems with my own money on the line.
For when you want to be selling this month rather than next quarter. I customise the theme rather than accept it, so the store does not look like the ten thousand others running the same one.
One page, one job, built to convert. Usually two days.
I work with clients in Karachi and across Pakistan, and I am available to businesses in the UAE, the UK and the USA. Most of it is remote — WhatsApp, email, and a Google Meet when we need to look at something together.
A clear path from the moment you say yes to the day the site goes live.
I take a day to collect what I need — logo, product photos, copy, brand colours. If some of it does not exist yet, I will tell you then rather than three weeks later.
We get on Google Meet and I walk you through the direction — layout, structure, how it will work. This is where changes are cheap. If anything is still open afterwards, I book thirty minutes a day or two later and we close it.
I build it, and you see progress as it goes. No disappearing for three weeks.
The site goes live, you get the source code, the admin panel and a walkthrough, and I stay available for two weeks.
The things clients ask before a web project starts.
